For existing sites and buildings, the standard approach of comprehensive Energy Efficiency Improvement Project is performed in a five steps process:
Step I: The development or confirmation of an energy baseline setting to the clients satisfaction
Step II: The performance of an energy assessment, identification of the potential improvements, and prioritizing investment recommendations.
Step III: The performance of technical and economic feasibility study of selected energy deficiencies, and energy solutions, and optionally prepare a bid solicitation package.
Step IV: The design and/or the assembly of the approved by the client energy efficiency packages (solutions and systems).
Step V: The provision of supervision or project administration services during the implementation (installation) period.
If a client is not attentive to start with a comprehensive program, Co. will also offer Energy Efficiency tailored Audit or Survey for Buildings’ and sites’, which may include one or combination of the following engineering reviews :
In addition: We could also provide a long-term oversight and monitoring services regarding measurement, and/or verification of energy consumption and cost savings after the implementation period (Facilities Management).
